HonkeBankyu is conveniently accessible by train ans bus.
Please note that there are a few points to be aware of.
You can get there without changing trains by taking the Tobu Limited Express Liberty-Aizu from
Asakusa Station or Kita-Senju Station.
If you are taking the Tobu Limited Express SpaciaX or Liberty-Kinu, you will need to transfer at
Kinugawa-Onsen Station.
2 hours and 30 minutes from Asakusa Station to Yunishigawa-Onsen Station , 20 minutes bus ride
from Yunishigawa-Onsen Station to Honke Bankyu.
Tobu Limited Express trains
To board a Tobu Limited Express train, you need both an express ticket and a regular ticket.
All seats on Tobu Limited Express trains are reserved and reservations are required.
Seat reservations and express ticket purchases can be made through Tobu Railway’s online reservation service (Tobu Ticket).
Regular tickets can be purchased at ticket machines at stations.
Transportation IC cards (Suica・PASMO) cannot be used at Yunishigawa-Onsen Station.
We recommend using the Nikko MaaS Digital Free Pass, as the ticket machines at the station do not have English instructions.
Digital Yunishigawa Onsen Free Pass can be used as a Tobu Railway and Yagan Railway regular ticket and a Yunishigawa Onsen bus ticket.

When boarding a Tobu Limited Express train, we recommend purchasing lunch boxes and drinks before boarding.
Food and drinks are not sold on Tobu Limited Express trains. (Only the Spacia X has a cafe,)
Tobu Asakusa Station does not sell food or alcohol.
You can buy bento boxes on the basement floor of Matsuya Department Store next to Asakusa Station.
Bus from YunishigawaOnsen Station to Honke Bankyu
YunishigawaOnsen Station is inside the tunnel, and the bus stop is at the ground exit.
After getting off the train, take the elevator to ground level and proceed to the bus stop.
There are public toilets and a waiting room near the bus stop.
The bus departs from Kinugawa Onsen Station
Please wait in the waiting room until the bus arrives.
Please take a numbered ticket when boarding the bus.
Payment can only be made with 1,000 yenbills and coins.
Transportation IC cards cannot be used.
Please hand over your fare and numbered ticket to the bus driver when you get off the bus.
The fare from YunishigawaOnsen Station to Honke Bankyuis 1,050 yen for adults and 530 yen for children.
